What is an edible chocolate plaque?
Using the latest technology avaliable to the food industry we are now able to print your personalised images directly on to chocolate. We have teamed up with the master chocolatier, Thorntons to create a personalised chocolate plaque consisting of a milk chocolate frame with a centrepiece of white Belgian chocolate on to which your image is printed. A mouthwatering prospect for any chocoholic.
Why do you only print on white chocolate?
We can print on white or milk chocolate but the results are much better on white, see below:

If milk chocolate is preferred then we can print onto it, however you must be aware the image will be severely darkened. |
What do your personalised chocolate discs consist of?
Our personalised chocolates are made with the finest quality Belgian chocolate (2mm thick) and are printed onto directly with your own image. Different sizes are avaliable, click here.
What kind of celebrations are suitable?
Absolutely any kind of celebration can be made extra special with a personalised chocolates: birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, weddings, home comings, house warmings, leaving parties, corporate entertainment and anything else you can think of. Please forward your pictures so we can show them on our gallery.
How do I get my photo to you?
You can upload your image while placing your order or send a hard copy through the post to Beach's Bakery 48 Leabrooks Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbys. DE55 4HB
I've got a very old photo, can it still be used?
Yes, the age of the photo is irrelevent, the edible reproduction will look exactly like the image you send.
Will I get my photo back?
Yes, if you have posted the image to us we will send it back with your completed order.
I want alterations, will you have to cut my photo?
No. Any alterations to your image are made to the scanned image on a computer. You will receive your photo back in it's original condition.
Does the size of the photo matter?
We can use any photograph from the size of a postage stamp to A4. However if you want a large image from a postage stamp size photo there may be slight loss of quality when it is enlarged. When e-mailing, virtually any size file will do.
When e-mailing, which format should I use?
You can only upload jpgs with your order online, however if your image is in any of the following formats: word documents, powerpoint docs, excel spreadsheets, coreldraw image, tiff, bitmap, photoshop image, acrobat document or gif you can forward them via email info@eatyourphoto.co.uk
Can I send a black & white photo?
Yes, you will receive choclates printed with a black & white image.
How long will it take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

How will I receive my personalised chocolates?
You will receive your order through the post. They are packed securely in hard backed envelopes sandwiched between stiff cardboard.
What can I put my personalised chocolate onto?
Your personalised chocolate can be placed on celebration cakes, fairy cakes, muffins, biscuits, chocolates and pies, in fact you can put then on virtually anything or just eat them as they are.
Does the printing taste nice?
Your personalised chocolates will taste absolutely fantastic, the plaques are made by a local master chocolatier and the personalised chocolates are made with the finest Belgian chocolate.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cheque (payable to Beach's Bakery) or securely online with all major credit and debit cards.
