Our cakes have been providing the focal point for celebrations over a number of decades now, with many customers returning to us time and time again. Through our traditional family bakery we have come up with a wide range of cake designs and ideas, providing cakes for birthdays, weddings, christenings and every other special occasion you could imagine. Until recently, all of these have been supplied locally but after increasing pressure from our internet customers, wanting to sample our highly sought after cake designs and ideas, we are proud to announce that our creations can now be delivered all over the country. Using only the finest ingredients and methods passed down through the generations, we are confident to say that you will be delighted, not only with the design, but with the taste of our cakes. There are two varieties to choose from; a sumptuous vanilla sponge with jam and cream filling and a rich chocolate sponge cake with a chocolate buttercream centre. Design a cake online by choosing one which takes your fancy, being sure to include the type/size of cake as well as the inscription (upload your photo if required). You can then leave the rest to us. We will need at least three days' notice as all our cakes are made fresh to order, ensuring the best taste and texture when it reaches you. If not consuming immediately be sure to store the cake in a cool place (but do not refrigerate). The cake will keep for up to seven days from the date you request the order as it is made without the use of any preservatives. Once cut, store it in an air-tight container. If you order a cake online, you can have total peace of mind that your cake will come in a securely-packed box, ensuring it is kept safe during transit, while also being wrapped up beautifully inside, so can be presented as a gift.
